Alex is a key member of the Dispute Resolution Team, representing both national and multinational clients across a range of industries, including banking, energy, construction, transportation, and intellectual property. His expertise also extends to environmental sustainability, debt recovery, and private security matters.

In addition to his dispute resolution work, Alex assists clients with company registration at the Office of the Registrar of Companies and provides guidance on regulatory compliance. He currently serves as Company Secretary to several organisations, offering both practical and strategic advice on a wide array of corporate and legal matters.

Renowned for his analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail, Alex excels in navigating and resolving complex commercial disputes with efficiency and precision.

Alex holds an LLB from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology and a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law. He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
